Welcome!

Bolling Brook is a community of 225 garden apartments, mostly one-bedroom and two-bedroom. We have sixteen 4-story buildings, located near the northwestern edge of Alexandria, Virginia. We have an city park with playground equipment adjacent to our property.

Our location is the best: inside the Beltway (near the I-395 King Street intersection), with a bus stop just across the street that provides quick access to the Pentagon Metro station, and from there, all of Metro DC is an easy commute. We are about 7 miles southwest of the White House.

Our buildings are not the newest, but new buildings tend to either be either much smaller (in terms of square feet) or much more expensive. So, if you live here, you have a large apartment for the price, an easy commute to your Northern Virginia or Metro DC workplace, and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the rest of your life.
